Arrived on a Sunday, not knowing there was an event planned. The night turned into a noisy nightmare with a band playing directly below the room from 8pm to 12:20am. The room vibrated with the music, and couldn't even hear the TV. Desperate for some quiet, ended up walking around the town, and then sleeping in the car for a couple of hours since no other rooms were available. A more assertive person would have checked out then. The staff tried to help, but it would've been nice if the hotel warned about Sunday night events on their website - would not have booked. Just wanted a quiet hotel normal hotel. Originally plan to stay a few nights, but cut it down because the second night was just as disruptive - slamming doors and noise from the room above made it hard to rest, not to mention the paper-thin walls that let in all sorts of sounds - wooden floors in all the rooms means hearing every footstep and every conversation (and next doors drunken ranting) word-for-word. On a positive note, really appreciate that they offered a refund for the last days when check-out early. Maybe it's a common occurrence? All in all, as lovely and friendly as the staff was, the constant disruptions, overall lack of peace and consideration for guests, make it clear there won't be further bookings. If you want peace & quiet...go elsewhere. If you want a lively drinking place, and to party all night...you'll enjoy it! …

Staff and room were okay. During the time we were there it was warm so we had to leave the windows open and the street noise was horrible. Others in our group closed their windows and said they were hot and still heard the street noise. The room was small but clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was pretty bland. It's locate on the end of the block so you have street noise from 3 sides. I wouldn't recommend it.

First time staying at the station house hotel, and wont be the last. I was staying as part of a large group of 18 from our club in Belfast. The welcome extended to us was really nice. staff very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We decided to have dinner together on our first night at the hotel, and again, we were very well looked after. Hotel room ( i had a single double ) was spotlessly clean and very comfy bed and linen. On our 2nd day we were booked to a local brewery visit and the manager was super organised helping us arrange taxis to get there especially as one of our group is wheelchair bound. Overall, I cant fault this hotel, and have already highly recommended it to friends and family. Thank you for making our weekend in Letterkenny so enjoyable.

Lovely hotel. Friendly ladies at front desk, had a nice warm welcome when we arrived. We didnt try the food so cant comment on that. Central location near all the bars and shops. Would definitely come back. Beds very comfortable and rooms spacious

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in July 2023. We were delighted with our room and really enjoyed all meals and drinks we had at the hotel. The staff are very professional and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The Hotel is situated centrally in Letterkenny near to all shops and facilities. We will definitely return soon. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

Iv stayed here a number of times. Parking available, 1 minute walk to the first bar..amazing. Buffet breakfast (Inc hot food) is what you would expect ( not my thing but friends say its great). Lovely atmosphere in summer and winter months. Some events are held at the hotel and keeps is busy in a good way lots of different people. Restaurant is good value for money too.

Stayed mid week , great value for money. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of comfortable seating, a well stocked bar and very nice food. The breakfast was mainly buffet style but we were able to order additional items. The room we had was very comfortable, and a good size , was clean with plenty of towels. The road outside was quite busy but did not affect our sleep, there also was free parking. I would recommend this hotel
