My husband I recently stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast. The room was perfect with such thoughtful homey touches. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the dining room was gorgeous. Maureen is a wonderful host. She gave us great ideas on what to see and do! When we return we will definitely stay here again!

We were received very warmly with tea and biscuits. We got lots of tips about all important places in Letterkenny and the surrounding area. Mrs Maureen McCleary is very child friendly. We left with a crying eye.

Glencairn B&B is very quaint with a small patio area where you can relax and enjoy the view. Mary was a very gracious and friendly host. She helped us with directions and made us a wonderful breakfast. The accommodations were clean.

We had a very nice stay and a lovely reception, with tea, coffee and cakes. The room was clean and we got lots of hints and recommendations. Also the breakfast was really good. We had a problem with the plug. We couldn't remove it. But also that was solved by out hosts. Very lovely family..

Beautiful B&B charming rooms at very reasonable price. A little out of town but better fit avoiding traffic build up. Great base for touring the area as easy access to major roads. Very pleasant surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay with Maureen. Glencairn House is spacious, clean, well equipped and we were made to feel most welcome with every need attended to. After our long drive we appreciated the tea and snacks in the lovely sitting room. Maureen was most helpful with recommendations for dining and with directions to various places of interest. Breakfast was delicious and we certainly could ask for nothing more as everything one could think of was provided. Lovely view as well. The beds were most comfortable and we all had a good nights' sleep. Maureen's hospitality was much appreciated and she is certainly a wonderful hostess. We had a most tranquil, restful stay here.

Maureen will do everything she can to help you and to be nice to you. And her breakfast is just fabulous. Glen cairn House is ideally situated if you want to tour around Donegal. And it is close enough to the city center to find everything you need in terms of shopping, restaurants, etc... We highly recommend.

A group of five of us, stayed at Glencairn House for 2 nights on a recent trip to Donegal for a family wedding. Maureen was a great host, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area and Ireland in general. The rooms were very comfy, clean airy and bright. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of variety and huge portions. Would gladly go back again.

Very comfortable, and run by Maureen McCleary, this b&b is fine. All is good in the room, and for b"fast. It is far enough from town to be quiet, but also not walkable into town.....which for me is the only unfortunate thing.
