Great menu but proprietor happy to make meals not on the menu at that time. Food is wonderful: tasty, fresh, local produce, well presented, delivered quickly. Friendly, efficient service. Traditional Irish hospitality.

This was my first time to visit on a one night stopover. Check in was easy, we were greeted by the owner and shown to our room. There is little competition in the area and we elected to have a meal and drinks in the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good (including the breakfast which was freshly cookedto order)and after a pleasant evening we retired for the night. The bathroom and shower are quite spacious however there was a problem with the toilet which had a tendency to back up almost to the point of overflowing. Now to bed and the low point of the visit. The bed is a cheap and nasty bargain basement item with the thinnest, most uncomfortable mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel or B&B. This was not conducive to a restful night for a weary traveller and is the reason for only a 3 Star review. This is a penny pinching approach to guest comfort in an establishment that is not particularly cheap.

Nice pub/B&B, two minutes walk from a lovely beach and ten minutes drive to Fanad Lighthouse. Breakfast included in the room rate. You won't leave hungry. Full bar also has a kitchen with a great food menu. Big screen for sports. Double room with en suite had big windows with a nice view. Room was large, clean and comfortable. TV included. Very friendly owners and staff.

Had booked this place for my family and drove the 3 odd hours from Belfast, the room we were given was so bad we literally checked out as soon as we found another hotel online in Letterkenny. The room was infested with damp / hairs on the bed / hairs on the shower / cupboards and drawers were filthy. The owner did say sorry and said they had been so busy over the past few weeks, complete bs...that is not an excuse for how bad the room was and the price of £100 per night....the pics will say the rest..
