Had a great stay with hosts Bridget n Tom at their welcoming, comfortable, spotless, spacious bnb. Rooms n breakfast were 5 star. Menu catered for all dietary needs. I had the best pipping hot, freshly cooked full irish, yum, my friend enjoyed smoked salmon scrambled eggs. Felt they cared and aimed to please. Delightful experience....crowned with a takeaway from their apple tree of red marbled sweet, crunchy eating apples.
Hostess very nice and welcoming an sweet husband too who was looking forward to watching the rugby the following morning. Rooms comfortable, tea coffee making facilities. Only downside really was no television. I know you don't go away to watch the tele but nice to watch an hour before night night!
Location is right near the Birds of Prey and Cave center. Very clean and quiet location and convenient when visiting the Burren. We had views of the hills from our room. Breakfast is hot and delicious - several choices on the menu.
We had a fantastic 3 nights at The Burren View B&B, the boutique style room was excellent, breakfast also. Bridget and Tom are the perfect hosts, full of local advice and information. This was a perfect base for visiting The Burren, Doolin, The Cliffs of Moher and Galway. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
We loved the room and bathroom. The room was large and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was new and clean. The breakfast was amazing and Bridget did everything to accommodate us. She also suggested places to go and see.
We had a great stay with Bridget last weekend, she was a delight to have looking after the 3 of us and couldn't do enough. My 2 companions were delighted with the tea and biscuits when we arrived. Thanks Bridget, we will be back.
We had an impromptu stay with Bridget after we had a scheduling error at another hotel who recommended we go to Burren View B&B. Bridge had not expected us to drop in but she was welcoming nevertheless. We were an odd group of three and luckily she had a room with 3 beds and an en suite bathroom. Bridget offered to show me the room before we decided. We took the room and had a pleasant stay. Unloading our car was nice and easy as the parking was just near the separate doorway for the guestrooms which appear to be separate for the main house. THis was really nice since we were able to come and go as we pleased without disrupting our hosts. Bridget and her husband were very helpful with information about the Cliff of Moher and other points of interest we should check out. Breakfast the following morning was very nice. Bridget provides flexible options from the continental breakfast served on the buffet table to made to order Irish breakfasts and even pancakes! We enjoyed our stay and will return. Highly recommend.…
Stayed one night here in this charming bed and breakfast and could not fine fault with anything. The room was clean and comfortable and had a proper double bed (take note - not 2 single beds pushed together as is often the case). breakfast was served with a smile. affordable, comfortable, clean and friendly
I'm doing a unicycling trip around Ireland and arrived in Bridget's place quite tired... She took care of me as if I was her daughter and helped me more than I could have imagined. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful first B&B experience for me!
A genuine warm welcome from our hosts, Bridget and Tom. My room had beautiful views at the back with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Very conveniently located with some amazing Burren scenery. The generous serving of the full Irish breakfast next morning was a perfect way to start our day. I highly recommend this beautiful B&B to anyone wanting to explore this part of Co. Clare. Thank you both so much for a memorable stay. Next time I am back in Ireland I will be staying with you again.
