Have stayed here a couple of times on trips to Ireland. Ballyvaughan is right on Galway Bay and is a lovely little town. The surrounding Burren is beautiful and there is plenty to see and lots of great walks to do. The Cliffs of Moher are only 20 mins away and Galway city about 50 mins. The B&B is spotlessly clean and very tasefully furnished, with large well heated rooms, comfortable king sized beds and en suites. The Woods family who run the place have lived in the area for generations and gave us plenty of tips on things to do. Breakfast was huge and kept us going all day. There are a lot of other B&Bs in the town but this one is within walking distance of the pubs (but not too close) Great place to stay.
