We were upgraded to a very nice suite - a beautiful room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We received excellent recommendations regarding what to see in the area in and around Galway. The food was good.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is a few minutes from Galway, but quiet and pretty and very relaxing. Dinner was exceptional. Very charming and wonderful staff. Close to Galway Glass and other shopping and beautiful leisure center.

It was ok.... Very old hotel. No elevator so carrying luggage was interesting however they did have someone to help when requested. The receptionist wasn't overly welcoming and not helpful with information/ local suggestion ( site seeing). The food was good in the bar and the bartender was very friendly. Difficult to run the heat... Not sure if they have... More
