Oh my goodness! This was the one reservation that I made without much prior thought, to be honest. Let's just say that we were thrilled with Jacinta's warm welcome, our lovely room (with a big, beautiful bathroom) and the amazing breakfasts we enjoyed each morning. Make sure you enjoy all of Jacinta's original artwork throughout the house. It adds so much to an already wonderful place to stay.
I would highly recommend Drumbarron House. The room was clean and tidy, the decor light and bright, the breakfast top class and location central. Jacinta arranged a room for us late in the evening after a double booking situation meant we had no accommodation. Her professional approach and friendly, welcoming service was greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Don’t often give 5 stars but this Guesthouse is a beauty Small but comfortable rooms, located smack bang in the centre of town the hosts are wonderful as was the breakfast Great value for money, we would stay again
The Drumbarron House is conveniently located to the pups and restaurants of Ardara. It is quiet, comfortable and you will not leave hungry after the fabulous breakfast. And the art work adorning the walls is from the very talented hostess.
Yes, Ardara has very high end accommodations, but this one would be difficult to top for facility, location, breakfast, and host. The inn is in the center of town, but just off the main streets, so convenient and quiet. And it's a lovely, superbly maintained old inn adorned with a range of arts work, especially paintings. The room and en suite bath were pleasingly contemporary and so clean. Jacinta is a charming and lovely (and talented) host and cook, judging by her breakfast. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
