We stayed at Rathmullan as a family group. This was our second time staying. Again we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the rooms. We ate in both restaurants and were extremely impressed. The sun was shining which meant we could enjoy the beautiful beach and grounds as well as a swim in the pool. One of the...

My college age daughter and I stayed for three nights and had an excellent experience. We arrived to a warm welcome, enjoyed our nightcap drinks beside the roaring fireplaces and comfy couches on a blustering winter evening. The next morning, we were in for a treat with our cooked to order breakfast, which was delicious! The baked goods were truly...

Rathmullan house itself is quite expensive to stay at, so my family rented houses nearby. The house is beautiful, an authentic old colonial house with various rooms to wander through. We ate in the restaurant for Sunday dinner. The food was very good, lots of locally sourced produce. They had a coarse rock salt and kelp mix on the table...

I have stayed at Rathmullan House on several occasions in the past. We returned over Easter for a celebration weekend and we're not disappointed in any way. Easter is a busy time for the hotel with lots of families visiting, but the staff coped in their normal friendly and efficient manner. We stayed in one of the superior rooms in...
