We had such a lovely stay here! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and there is a lovely restaurant with a really nice breakfast. Amazing to wake up right on the ocean. You're a stones throw from Bray Head too which is a really nice little hike to start your day with.

Stayed for a business trip for 3 nights, management and staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. Room was brilliant with a lovely promenade view and desk to work on, very spacious. Good choice of menu for breakfast and tasted good too, great service. Everything you needed was at this hotel, whether it was a drink or to eat or even a cake and coffee break with lovely views, all very handy. Location of the hotel was excellent, with some lovely walks nearby. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
Had a 2 night stay to visit Dublin and relatives. Arrived early evening after delayed ferry crossing and were given friendly welcome that included a glass of Prosecco. Restaurant staff helpful and friendly. Staff sorted out my car parking as not much room in hotel cat park. Overall hotel staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was quite small but was fine for the 2 of us. Room had good view of promenade and sea. Would recommend staying here.
Wonderful hotel with really great food and lovely staff who were only too happy to help us to our table and gave us great service for the duration of our stay. We all had a great time. Special thanks to all the staff and we look forward to returning
Terrible experience, manager is the most rude manager Iv ever came across to customers and staff, really bad atmosphere and really bad service would never go again. Booked a communion in the hotel and wasn’t allowed bring sweets for the kid’s or have balloons or have the kid’s in the room! Wasnt told anything when I was booking it! Was shown the room when booking, agreed on price and area and then was told they would never agree to this! False advertising on the sign outside saying they take bookings for communions and christenings! I’m 9 months pregnant and the manager abused me on the phone and to my face! Horrible experience from start to finish, Told my partner he would piss on his money! Absolutely horrible manners, Also witnessed him chasing another customer down the road, and shouting at him! Would strongly advise not to go here!…
My sister and her partner booked their sons Communion in this Venue. They went and viewed the property with a member of staff and agreed on an area and price for a Communion and booked for food for the party also. They organised decorations to arrive on the day and when the balloon lady arrived she was told her Stand Alone Decorations were not allowed on the premises and to remove them. Why advertise that you take all sorts of parties and not allow any decorations! The Manager also told the Balloon lady to put away The Sweet Table my Brother In Law set up that morning so when they arrived with the children the sweet treats were no where to be seen! This was basically a few jars of sweets and packets of crisps etc - nothing that would damage a table! They had to pay an extra €100 cash to have the sweets set out on the table which is just a money scam in my opinion!! extra cash straight into his pocket!! Not once when taking the booking did they advise my sister she wasnt allowed have balloons or jars of sweets on the tables!! This is a basic standard for anyone throwing a party! they werent gluing banners to walls these decorations wouldnt have affected the property in any way. The manager phoned my sister and verbally abused her down the phone telling her to remove everything out of the premises or he’ll do it for her in an aggresive manner! Shouting at customers is rude and disgusting i dont understand how he is allowed to deal with clients at all with how he handles things! The Arrogant Manager told them that he didnt care about the €350 they paid he “wouldnt piss on 350 euro” and to “take their money and leave” his words not mine!!! Absolutely disgusting language to use towards a customer who booked and invited guests to this venue. Unable to take the children and guests anywhere else we were forced to stay in this venue feeling awkward and unwanted on what should have been a very special day!! The manager proceeded to abuse anyone walking in and out of the party questioning where they were going. The children were sitting infront of the tv watching the football and the manager turned the tv off on them and said the children shouldnt have been allowed in the venue around alcohol yet they have a BILLBOARD sized sign outside on the side if the building advertising that they cater for Communions, Christenings and other events! My sister is heavily pregnant, due her baby in a matter of days and was verbally abused by the manager to the extent that she was so upset and stressed she was crying. Treating a lady in her condition like this is absolutely disgusting he should be ashamed of himself!!! He ruined the day for everyone after treating customers so horribly. Avoid this venue they dont deserve anyones business after how this so called Manager treated the many guests that were at the party yesterday. He was also witnessed chasing a couple down the road shouting at them outside accusing them of not paying their bill which is defamation and embarrassing for anyone to have to experience of a busy sea front. these people werent part of our party but its just another example of how horrendous this manager is and why he does not deserve anyones business!!…
Avoid at all cost the owner is nothing short if a disgrace my son booked a communion party for his son's big day, at 10 o'clock in the morning we went out to set up the sweet table everything was fine at 1 o'clock he rang my heavily pregnant daughter in law abusing her to the point of tears saying we couldn't have a treat table and when we arrived all the goodies for the children were in box's he was given an extra 100 euros so we could put the treats out my son said I paid 350 for the food to which the owner replied il piss all over your 350 euros absolutely disgusting behavior, the children were watching the match and when they cheered he turned the TV off he was downright rude to every single guest who enterd the premises he made us feel so uncomfortable it was supposed to be a happy occasion but unfortunately this man ruined the day to the point of making a heavily pregnant woman cry MY ADVICE IS AVOID AT ALL COST…
We stayed at this lovely little hotel for three nights recently - a group of two couples. What can we say other than the weather for Ireland was exceptional as was the experience. One of the rooms was very small but the other room more than compensated when we were in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms bright. Facilities in the room were adequate with tea and coffee equipment, a good hairdryer and body wash in the bathroom. Breakfast was served in a delightful cafe attached to the hotel and was available far beyond usual hotel breakfast times, with a good menu to choose from. Food freshly cooked and brought to the table in a timely manner. We ate in both restaurants where again food and service was excellent. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. A lovely place to spend with friends and show them the sights of Wicklow. Thank you, all.…
Hosted an afternoon bridal shower at the hotel. We were located in the library on one large table and it was a perfect setting with the right atmosphere for the day. The afternoon tea was good quality and tasty for the price and cocktails were great. The staff were so attentive, friendly and personable which made the afternoon more enjoyable. While we didn't get to experience more of the hotel, I would definitely go back to try out the café, rooms, bar and restaurant. Special shout out to Jimmy and Lisa who looked after us.
