Had booked for July 2022 many weeks ago through booking.com, two rooms were booked for 4 adults and one child. Cancelled by the hotel for no reason. Not be back. Terrible a hotel will not honour a booking for whatever reason to suit their own means. Total farce

Just been told today that our booking was canceled for the weekend of the Bray air show because the government has taken the hotel to house refugees. They wont be open to the public until December we are told. What a joke of an operation this country is. If your planning on coming to Ireland don't bother. It's a waste of your money. Try somewhere nice.

Just had by Baby's christening here in the restaurant. It was an amazing day from the moment we arrived. The service we received from staff and management was impeccable from arrival. The food provided was beautiful and the feedback from all our guests about the quality of the food was great also. We would really recommend hosting small private functions here

I booked a night in this hotel well in advance only to be told that the reservation had been cancelled 3 days prior to my stay. I was looking forward to getting away for a short break as it was my wifes birthday and we also have 3 small children. We had also organised a babysitter for the night. I booked my reservation through Living Social. When the hotel cancelled my booing the hotel told me to contact Living Social and I would receive a full refund. When I contacted Living Social they would not give me a refund due to the short notice. I then contacted the hotel and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and stated that even though It was the Hotel that had cancelled my booking and that it was the hotel that have the relationship with Living Social that there was nothing they could do. When I requested that the hotel contact Living Social and explain the situation he rudely hung the phone up on me. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Me and my boyfriend booked a 3 night stay in this hotel we booked through living social and had paid for 3 nights to stay here, when we wore checking in the girl at the reception was so so rude had such a negative attitude and had tried to tell us we are only staying for 2 nights when we had paid for 3 nights she said to us that they needed our room as there was families that booked in which i do understand but you can't tell guests that they can only stay for 2 nights when we paid for 3 nights my self and my partner hadn't been away since covid so we wore really excited to be away, the girl at the reception also did not give us any information about breakfast /dinner never told us anything about where to go honestly just treated us like crap i really do not recommend this hotel as the hotel staff are just rude especially the reception girl with blonde hair her name was Kelly or Reilly something like that. If your going to this hotel don't expect to be treated nicely, i had to ask to speak to 2 managers, the water in the shower is freezing, the staff are not welcoming at all. The only good thing was mecgettins and the scenery outside the hotel. The leisure centre was lovely and staff there was so nice. Just the actual hotel not such a pleasant experience. Avoid this hotel to save yourself the disappointment. Book elsewhere. Will not be returning here.
