We stayed here two nights in July 2021. We had stayed in 2019 and were delighted to receive the same welcome & hospitality, the wonderful breakfast , even though all Covid regulations for hospitality were in place and being followed. This beautifully comfortable guest house is situated right in the centre of the town and has parking. It is convenient to everything, restaurants and shops. But what make it an outstanding place to stay in is the superb, thoughtful hosts. We thank them and wish them well.

Stopped one night here for the horse racing,very friendly and helpful landlord and landlady.Comfortable single bed with a large bathroom very plentiful breakfast. The b&b is very central to the town centre. Will stop here again if revisiting Clonmel.

Just had an extremely enjoyable 2 night stay at McCarthys BnB. The hosts are truly amazing, so friendly and helpful. The accommodation is immaculately clean and breakfast was great. Brilliant location, easy walking to shops, bars and restaurants.

A golf group of 12 from Wales we stayed in April 2018. Debbie & Robin were the perfect hosts, the rooms are both spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts superb. It's so central everything in Clonmel is within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend McCarthy's

Booked in Friday evening. Nice little room. Tea ,coffee making in room. Wi-fi and tv. Room and house kept immaculately. Breakfast room with years of memorabilia everywhere on the walls, from Michael Collins (1916) to Joey Dunlop (legendary road racer). Friendly staff. Repeat visit for me.

Great location and hospitality! Very comfortable rooms, this was our second time staying and we have it booked for later on in the year too. Car park to rear is excellent, as we carry dogs, and don't want them out on the street. Chinese not even a minutes walk away, and other places to eat and drink all within a few minutes. Breakfast is lovely. Love Mc Carty's!

This is a beautiful house, with lovely friendly owners and a lovely breakfast. They accommodated our dietary requirements easily. Perfect location, in a quiet street only a stone's throw from the main street. Would definitely stay again!
