Due to Covid we arranged to meet our two sons and family at The Clonmel Park Hotel on Sunday for Lunch. Spoke with Laura on Reception a few days before travelling who was extremely helpful and arranged a corner of the bar for us (social distanced) which was absolutely brilliant. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man who took us to our tables with our names on them. The food was delicious and the staff were outstanding the ambience was very pleasant. I must complement The Clonmel Park Hotel on their outstanding Customer Service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your beautiful hotel and we will call again soon. We wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a better New year for us all. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.
We had our wedding in the harders period of Covid 19 .And Clonmel Park Hotel made us feel happy and safe . Staff did amazing job planning our wedding. One the arrival we both were amazed to see all the small details that staff had put into making our vision of the day to come true. We really enjoyed everything that was done for us. The wedding suite was so relaxing and beautifully made for us. We both felt special and loved. I couldn't ask for more. It was perfect. So thank you Clonmel Park Hotel for making our day that special. Your staff is amazing and friendly and hard working and I hope your business will grow even bigger when all the tough times will be gone. Special thank you to Laura Jones the best wedding coordinator ever. Thank you S.S and B.O'M
With the uncertainty of Ireland right now we were still able to shine a bit of light and happiness on to our wedding, Laura and the team went above and beyond it was amazing from the meal to the golden Vale it was perfect. I understand why it's a top wedding venue
Stayed for the weekend and had a nice one in the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful and kept everyone safe in the current conditions. Good food and relaxing atmosphere in the bar. It was nice to see an actual live singer sing on Saturday night by the name of Seamus.
We stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms as a family of 5. On first impressions a nice hotel , big lobby and receptionist on booking in was very friendly. We were on a Lidl break 2 nights B+B and 1 evening meal per room. The rooms are a decent size but the heat when we entered was so intense as the sun was high we had to wedge open the only window available and leave it open. This led on to a balcony so for the kids room we couldn't leave it open. Curtains had to be pulled for the duration. Other customers had the same issue , very disappointing. The leisure centre was very well managed in these covid times even if the pool was long and narrow. Very comfortable changing rooms. We had a lovely time in the leisure centre. The meal on the first night was lovely. Only myself and the children ate this night so we used our voucher and just paid for wine. On the second night it was 2 adults and 2 children and I tried to use the second voucher but was refused even though I had earlier checked with reception that it was valid. This was really awkward but one of the waiting staff insisted we could not use it even when we explained that we had booked 2 rooms. It was very awkward and unsettling. Maybe it was just us but the food on the second night just wasn't as nice. Breakfast was fine , plenty of food and tasty but only one lady serving, she was under pressure. location is good with shops beside it and this is a great bonus but the rooms and the heat scenario put us off , no one had a comfortable sleep , so we won't be returning, unfortunately.…
