We ate in the restaurant while visiting the area. It was during the heatwave and, as soon as the manager heard we’d made a reservation (as opposed to being a walk-in), we were offered a really nice table outside. The staff have to be complimented, I know it’s hard for places to get good staff but Casey’s has, and every one we dealt with was friendly, polite and looked like they enjoyed working there. The manager was excellent and is someone you’d have work for you in an instant. The food was just delicious. I’m a one-course person but had three. I eat a lot of pasta so don’t normally order it when eating out, but decided to have their vegetable pasta - absolutely delicious. Really was. My husband had the lobster ravioli and thought it was fantastic. What a chef they have. The whole atmosphere was lovely and I’d be back in a heartbeat. Best meal out we’ve had in ages. Well done to all concerned and thanks for a great evening.…

We stayed at Casey's for one night in August and would have been happy to stay longer. Our modern room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed; the breakfast was excellent; and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Very happy to recommend it to others.

We had to wait 2 hours on the bank holiday Saturday for a table but it was well worth the wait . I had the duck and it was outstanding my wife choose the burger. The place was so busy but once you placed your order the food came out in a reasonable time . The staff are very efficient and friendly . I definitely recommend this place if you are in Glengarriff

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by the friendly staff. It seemed like nothing was any trouble to them as they could not be more helpful. We had a lovely meal on the night we arrived which everyone enjoyed and a great breakfast as well.

Very enjoyable food at Casey's. Pleasant staff & old world surroundings. Decent portions and a nice variety on the menu. The location right in the middle of the village is excellent and the outdoor seating area is great on a warm day. We will be back.

Enjoyed a lovely evening meal here. A trio of cod, smoked haddock and salmon was perfect and, of course, the stout was tasting superb...we tried the Beamish. The atmosphere was great -- a big Gaelic football match was on..an All Ireland semi-final between Derry and Kerry. The staff were very accommodating and, of course, there was some good craic.

Lovely family run hotel. Ideally located on the main street and next to the Garnish Island Ferry. Rooms were comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food, both breakfast and dinner was of excellent quality. I would highly recommend the rib eye steak and berry pavlova.

I have just finished a very pleasant visit to Casey's Hotel. The room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent, both at breakfast and for dinner that I had every evening that I was there.

Very friendly and relaxed. Gorgeous fish in the restaurant and a great breakfast. Family run and they seem to know all the locals which is a good sign. Booking essential. I have written enough but I have to keep writing until I hit 200 words which is really irritating and the main reason I don't leave many reviews!!!
