Just back from a delightful 1 night stay. I stayed with my 2 small children and we received the most warm Irish welcome! Fiona and Mary were absolutely fantastic in looking after us. We had a very comfortable room and spacious shower. My little boy was blown away with the GAA themed decor in the modern rooms. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and had fluffy pancakes for breakfast! They are great for catering to different dietary requirements and Fiona's dishes are a pure treat for the taste buds! Locals also seem to find it a great spot as Mary welcomed all of them by name with a warm smile, which is always a great sign! Located right across from the promenade, the location is great for a stroll along the beach or watching the sun set. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return on our next trip to Waterville!

Excellent GAA themed b+b on the seafront in the heart of Waterville. Magnificent views and the sound of the ocean. Newly refurbished comfortable rooms. There's a bar downstairs but you can't hear it in the rooms. Powerful, spacious shower and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Shout out to Fiona and Avril who epitomise the Irish welcome. They were very friendly and looked after all our needs cheerfully. Great Irish breakfast.

Well where do I start ! Traditional Irish hospitality at its finest ! Ger and Deirdre are great hosts, and the staff aren't half bad either. 😁 I can't recommend it enough, the food is wholesome goodness with bang for your buck. But most importantly the Guinness is bass!

Didn’t stay at the Villa but visited both evenings we were staying in Waterville. Staff were very very friendly and even organised taxis back to our accommodation for us both nights. We will be back in the future for sure.

If the food were on par with the welcome then this would be a fantastic spot. Mediocre at best. Soup was from a packet, microwave hot (and I love hot food) & burned my mouth Toilets were immaculate. Lots of places to eat in this pretty little town, sorry I can’t recommend this one.
