We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect, our host, Mary, made us feel very welcome. We had very clean spacious rooms with plenty of towels, toiletries, comfortable beds and fine freshly prepared breakfasts the following morning, all presented in a very friendly, homely manner.

We had a lovely, large room with a king bed and a sitting area. The breakfast is substantial and cooked to order. Mary and John couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. We booked directly with Mary at info.brookhavenhouse@gmail.com and found her super helpful when asked her about specific sites via email which helped our planning process. The location, about 5...

This B and B is a little out of Waterville. I would not recommend the walk into town for an evening meal as there is no path. However the place is very comfortable with a lovely breakfast.Very popular with walkers and in a very quiet location. Lovely area. Worth a visit.

Had a very good overnight stay. The location is perfect and Mary the hostess could not be more helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. Highly recommended and would stay here again if I'm in the area again.

This place is great, the location is beautiful and Mary is a lovely host who can't do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful and our bed was big and comfy. Oh and the breakfast was very tasty 😉 If you love golf it apparently has an amazing golf course in Waterville.

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable B&B but the thing that makes it exceptional is the warmth of the owners. If there is anything that they can help you with or do to make your stay more pleasant, they will go out of their way to do so. Our itinerary only allowed us to stay there for 2 nights but...

When I called Mary to book rooms for myself and three golfing friends, she was so welcoming and friendly on the phone. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, really comfy beds and pillows and we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was a treat and as good if not better than any top hotel in Ireland....

Mary was a lovely hostess. She showed us the 2 rooms that were open; one in the front and we chose the one in the front of the house overlooking the sea. You could se the Waterville golf course from our room. Mr. John let us sit and watch World Cup Rugby with him and he explained the rules so...

The Brookhaven is nice but it will not make the top shelf on our list of B&B's for our trip around Ireland. Our host was friendly, the view of the water required binoculars, and our mattress like many in Ireland had little foam on top so you could feel the springs.

We stayed at 10 B&Bs during our trip to Ireland and this was one of the top. We arrived early, our room wasn't ready, but Mary graciously welcomed us to relax in their large, living room until the rain storm stopped and we could walk into town. Their living room was the largest we've seen in a B&B and well-stocked...
