Hello Jim. We usually serve breakfast from 7.30 am to 11 am Monday to Saturday and from 8 am to 11 am on Sunday Mornings. We can arrange continental breakfast earlier if needs be.

Hi as the others have mentioned we do not have a swimming pool but offer a treatment room, a sauna & steam room and a wide range of treatments from Beauty therapist Aine Jones.
