Loved my stay at Nellie's had a great time and the pleasure to meet the Yogi Bears and lots of really nice people the place is full of old world charm and reminded me of visits to Kerry long ago as a child,a big thank you to all at Nellie's ,Rita,Anne Muire and Shane, I tried to call the number from Google and couldn't get through to say thanks millon
I stayed at the ravine hotel in September with three of my friends, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay. We all stayed in the same room with four single beds and floor space was scarce but we managed just fine. The breakfast was lovely and the price was reasonable so we will definitely stay there again.
There is a great atmosphere in Nellie’s Bar. From the minute you walk in you are met with the hustle and bustle of the Matchmaking Festival. From people having lunch or dinner, to friends having drinks to couples waltzing on the dance floor to the lovely sounds of Christy and Denis. Food is top notch and despite the numerous people in the premises, there is no delay with the food. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I can’t but say I’ll be back very soon.
Did not book ahead but managed to get a room at this pub. The owner Nelly was a lovely friendly lady and our room was spotless. Small but had everything we needed. Hearty Irish breakfast the next morning.
