    enjoyable stay

    This is lovely place to stay , friendly staff and comfy beds .breakfast was excellent. Plenty of pubs and restaurants near by.Short walk to the nearest Luas stop and within easy reach of Dublin city sites.

    Welcoming and comfortable

    Stayed just one night but was a lovely place with a warm welcome from Mary who even ordered us in some white pudding for breakfast. Clean room, good location - I’ll certainly return and would recommend if visiting Dublin sightseeing

    Very nice place to stay

    Charming and helpful staff. Lovely building and grounds. Rooms are high standard. Located in Rathgar with lots of dining choices nearby and conveniently at the end of the 140 bus route. 15 min to City
