Friends treated us to a holiday in The Burren area, which included our 2-night stay at the Lady Gregory Hotel. The staff were all absolutely FANTASTIC! Top notch and all 'keepers'! The breakfast was VERY NICE! And the waitresses were happy to get us anything we didn't see that was readily available; truly going the extra mile for us. Again....

We're just home after a lovely 2 night stay in the hotel. Decor very traditional and warm. Myself, my husband and our 3 sons, 6, 9 and 13 took 2 interconnecting family rooms. They were huge, they both had a double and 2 single beds. Bathroom a little bit dated but entire room clean and very comfortable. Bar food was...

Hotel is lovely. Very close to the town centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. And would rate it higher but for the but. Which is the fire alarm going off in the morning. You might think this is helpful but stayed here a couple of years ago and the same thing happened. So much so that on that occasion we...

We had two toasted sandwiches in the "Lady Gregory " and it was really nice. We were served by friendly and efficient staff and most of all - great senses of humour. A most pleasurable experience. Míle buíochas Lady Gregory.

Overall a good hotel. Rooms are nice, although a bit old fashioned. The beds have blankets as opposed to duvets which I didn't like. Ate both night's in the bar, food is good and the service is good. It's only 30 minutes from Galway city and its not far from the burren either.

This hotel and this area are special in my affections, the hotel is comfortable and has decent facilities, with pool, sauna, steam room etc. But it's really the people that make is special. I've always found that they will go out of their way for you. When leaving on my last visit the receptionist wanted bring me a suitcase from...

The Lady Gregory is mostly a fine hotel which just needs some TLC in places. Checkin was efficient, friendly and with a smile ! Allocated room on the first floor which was good sized, a little dated and very wood heavy. The bed was very comfortable, and clean as you would expect. There was a kettle for tea and coffee...
