Ballyduff House, built in 1760, is set in glorious parkland overlooking the river Nore. It is the beautiful home of Brede Thomas who, as well as running the B&B also farms. The setting is totally unspoiled which is almost unique in this part of Ireland.

Stayed in Ballyduff House for comfortable one night stay close to Mount Juliet estate and enjoyed owner Breed’s hospitality: great personal service and the full Irish breakfast was a triumph! Well maintained period house in good condition so don’t expect modern wet rooms etc!

Sadly we never got to stay at Ballyduff house - despite careful choosing, early booking & ample communication in advance of our visit. We booked in March, knowing that anywhere worth staying would book up early for the summer season, & were really looking forward to our stay.
