Great stay here. We arrived and the host was brilliant. We had lunch there as well before heading off out and it was yummy. The service was perfect and so friendly. Great value and though the staff leave in the evening, no bother to us as we went for dinner and all. Great stay and thanks

We were largely ‘left to it ‘during our stay. The staff left the cafe downstairs at 5 pm and the place closed down for the night! The room was clean and functional with a pretty view. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was ‘pastries’left in the room the previous evening at check in. We left the key in a deposit box the next morning. It was all pleasant but perhaps more interaction with staff and a better breakfast for the price, would have been better.

We were met by Darren an excellent host We just stayed the one night on business, Brilliant location, lovely view of the Harbour , I was so surprised the room was absolutely beautiful tv, hairdryer shower gel, shampoo ,tea and coffee, cookies so clean plenty of sockets for plugging in phons and laptops, the beds were really comfortable and we had a great nights sleep and to finish it off we had a lovely lovely breakfast. I usually stay in hotels but this was equally as good if not better, Would I stay again? Definitely Yes

The room was clean. However we were made to wait 15 mins outside before someone came to let us in, not a great start. Once we had met that girl, she was the last member of staff we saw until it came to check out. We were told there was someone else staying upstairs, but apart from that we were alone. The girl who met us said she had put our heater on, but when we came back from looking around our room was still freezing. We managed to turn it on but then it would not turn off, in the end we just used the mains to turn it on and off. The bins were not emptied when the room was cleaned. There is ample parking if you come out of season. It seemed expensive for what it was, a shame.

Booked on line. Contacted lynch's directly regarding mobility issues, they responded very quickly. I booked this this b&b as the restaurant on the ground floor have very good reviews.. on arrival we discovered that the restaurant closes early for the winter months, we had to go and look for something to eat else where, it was raining and we had no rain coat with us, a bit annoying.. Restaurant in winter months is only open during the day time. If I was prepared it would have been ok.. The accommodation ( our room) was beautiful, double and single bed, all mod cons, cookies on the table when we arrived, it was a beautiful touch.. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless, 10/10 for being so clean.. Beautiful soft lush carpet... We ate breakfast downstairs in the restaurant in the morning, again 10/10 for being so clean. Friendly waiting staff and food was beautiful.. Nice to see locals in having a cup of tea and chatting to everyone. Breakfast was not included in the accommodation .. I would recommend here to stay, but do check out the food first.. Not a lot of eating places and the ones that were open had been booked..our room did not have a sea view, but the other rooms do.
