Just outside the hustle of Bantry is a quiet b&b with great views. Mrs. Crowley is a lovely host, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good, the property is well maintained. The sitting room has a lovely view of the bay I sat there having wine with a new friend I met there. We were able to peek in on...

I enjoyed my 5-day stay at Dromcloc House immensely. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent and, best of all, the gracious proprietors Dympna and Johnny did everything they could to make my stay an enjoyable one. This lovely farmhouse/B&B makes an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Sheepshead Peninsula.

This B&B is almost at the furthest point of the tip of Southern Ireland. You can literally see the outline of the island! The drive is a bit treacherous and you are sort of going up a mountain and down into a valley, but take your time and mind the curves. It's worth it! Also, the BEST seafood I've ever...

What a beautiful surprise this B&B was! This place turned out to be everything we ever imagined Ireland (west coast) should be. A farm still functioning, converted into a B&B, maintaining all the romantic, nostalgic features. We had an incredible view of Bantry Bay from our huge bedroom window and some excellent trails right from the B&B door. The hosts...

Dympna and Johnny get a lot of good comments and rightly so. A stunning location overlooking Bantry Bay on the one side and hills on the other and just 5 minutes from Bantry, this is a great place to place for looking round the area (we did Sheep's Head). As another reviewer said 'Irish hospitality at its best.'

Fabulous location, warm hosts, graceful accommodations: Dromcloc House was a delightul base for a few days' exploration of West Cork. The Crowleys are a wealth of insight into the county and the superb Sheepshead Peninsula. We'd love to return for a longer visit.

I returned to Dromcloc House after 4.5 years of not being able to time it right to get back to the Bantry area. I generally don't like to return to the same place when I travel - but this was my 5th stay here, and it was truly wonderful, as always. The Crowleys (B&B owners) are among the friendliest and...

The welcome extended to us by Dympna and Johnny was an experience of Irish Hospitality at it's best! Our room could not have been more comfortable: roomy, attractive, and a gorgeous view to boot. Also, being able to control the heat in our room was especially lovely, as our days were spent hiking in chilling rain. The local walkies are...

Took my mother here for her 70th birthday treat, we both had a fantastic relaxing time & were delighted with the warm & friendly atmosphere created by our hosts Dympna & Johnny, they were always happy to discuss our quest to find out about family history & gave us some great tips on where & how to look. We had...

We were treated with tea upon our arrival and enjoyed visiting with other guests even before we got settled. We only stayed here for one night and truly would have liked to have added at least one more night. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was full of choices. We were able to walk down to the bay before we...
