Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Found the West Cork to be a lovely and friendly hotel. The food was excellent and of the highest quality, fantastic menu for breakfast and evening meals. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with no noise discernable on what were 3 very busy nights. Staff are very professional. To top it all we attended...

We arrived here on a wet afternoon and was delighted to find the car park right on the hotel site. Checkin was seamless and pleasant. Receptionist was apologetic about the weather. One very quick lift to the first floor. Room was usual size and clean. Door had an old type mechanical key. Bathroom had the usual fixed shower head and...

Stayed here in 2012, back again July '15 with another musical ban of merry travelers on an Inishfree Tour (AMAZING!), and once again Tim Looney, the owner, and his crackerjack staff made us feel at home, truly. Very friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful hotel with front veranda. Ideally situated in the town. Lovely food especially the three course dinner. Nice bar area and outside drinking area. There is a car park across the road. There is a very good Wi-Fi service.

A brief one-night stay to be had. Check in, friendly and efficient. Having booked and asked for a travel cot, it was a bit disappointing to have found that our room was up two flights of stairs after a lift journey. Hey ho, we coped. The room was good. Spacious enough and everything you needed. We chose to eat there...

As an American, I think I have different expectations, so part of my review might simply be ignorance. I had a hard time figuring out the shower and the pillows were not to my liking. Wifi was spotty. The stairs were an enjoyable challenge, but we're athletic- might be tough for someone with problems. That said, I liked everything else....
