Perfect location on Valentia Island in walking distance (via bridge) of Portmagee; very clean and the hosts were super friendly!!! Ideal if you travel along the Wild Atlantic Way / Ring of Kerry! Free parking!

Frances was just a lovely extremely accommodating hostess and was very understanding when my friend and I arrived quite late in the evening on the night of our check-in. She was helpful in giving tips and directions to local attractions, and the views and setting of the B&B were beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and...

our only regret is that we only stayed one night. we hope to return and stay for a few, at least. Carraig Liath House is conveniently located just across the bridge from Portmagee. it's close enough to walk, but outside of town/the village where you can stuff yourself on fresh seafood. Frances is a great hostess and an awesome breakfast...

Located a short walk from Portmagee. The room was smaller than expected but was warm and comfortable. The hostess, Frances was friendly and welcoming. We were there for two nights and wish we could of stayed longer. The breakfasts were great, Frances provided some helpful advice for touring around the area. This B&B is highly recommended if you want to...

This is a lovely, welcoming B&B. It is located on the Ring of Kerry, Ireland. Truely, one of the most beautiful places on the earth. . I'd give the B&B an excellent rating. The tour of the Skellig Islands is a must while you're there.

We stayed here for a single night. Frances was a spectacular host. She had arranged a landing trip for us to Skellig Michael. The views around the house are great. Portmagee is just across the bridge with a nice pub and waterfront. Breakfast was great. The room was quiet and clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying...

Frances was an amazing host. She upgraded us to her cottage, which we were incredibly grateful for. Although the weather was too bad to go, she was able to set us up on a trip to Skellig Michael. The breakfast was delicious, and Frances was more than accommodating to our needs. This was the best B&B on our recent trip....

We found this place just by driving past. It's just on the island as you cross the bridge. The views from the house are fantastic. The rooms are really clean, neat and cosy. Frances is friendly and down to earth. The family were even kind enough to give us a lift over to the local pub. The breakfast in the...

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed our stay! Frances was very hospitable and welcoming. She provided a travel cot for our 3-month-old baby and made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was cozy and very clean. The B&B is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the water and the quaint town of Portmagee.
