Me and my boyfriend only stayed here for a night on our road trip in Ireland. The hostel was ok, the private room was very small, couldn't even fully open the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom was ok, I had some trouble figuring out how the shower works. Cahersiveen is a really small town and we were there on...

Stayed here for one night with 2 friends on our way around the wild Atlantic way. Due to bad timing on our part we realised we wouldn't Ben at the hostel till nearly 11! Panicking we rang the hostel and the lady said it wasn't a problem at all! Got there at 11 exhausted. Man greeted us at the door...

Had THE best time. We were here for a family wedding and chose the Sive for six of us to stay. This was my first experience of a hostel and I found it to have the best features of hotel and b&b combined. The privacy and accessibility of a hotel and very personal service of a b&b. The rooms were...

My wife and I took two nieces and a nephew away, aiming to go to Skellig Michael the following day (sadly the weather meant the boats were cancelled). We wanted somewhere cheap to stay where we could all share a room. I've never stayed in a hostel before, so have little to compare it to. We did have the advantage...

The ladies working here are very welcoming, helping and friendly. In the morning you get a gorgeous breakfast (simple and fresh compared to many other hostels). Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen is very clean and got everything you need. If you want to stay in a cozy place but not pay loads of money (and if you don't mind sharing rooms)...

Nice place if you are travelling on a budget... we rent a private ensuite and it was clean and neat! They also provide towels. Cahersiveen is a very small village and there's not much to do, so we only spent here one night. But I would definitely recommend this hostel to young people visiting the Ring of Kerry!

The hostel was clean and it is well located to a small supermarket and to the pubs in the city. To the barracks you just need 2 minutes. The bus station is also just 1 minute away, you just need to cross the street and you get connected to the next big cities like Killarney or Glenbeigh! The staff was...

Went to the Ring of Kerry outside the season so most hostels were closed. Cahersiveen is a cute village. Our host was a lovely lady who gave us an additional heater for the room. The kitchen has fantastic views and all you need to prepare a nice breakfast. Bathroom was very clean and new. Although located by the main road...

I've stayed there with two friends in a 7 bed dorm. The welcome was really warm, the hostel is run by an older couple and I guess a sister or so and they are really cute. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is really clean, there s an open fireplace in a comfy living room and for breakfast there besides...
