Place was terrible....rather than stay a 2nd night I left. Paint crumbling off the walls but no surprise as Id say it hasnt seen any fresh paint since 1960 and I have roughed it in my day. Didnt eat there.

Brought my 84 yr old mother here for a 5 night stay. Downstairs bedroom and wet room perfect for her. Well equipped with all a family could need. Play pen, high chair, children's books all downstairs with a cot in the main bedroom upstairs. Other bedroom had 2 singles and a bed setter. Bathroom had good shower but no bath. Everywhere easily accessible by car, which I would recommend. If I had to say anything negative they are only picky things. There wasn't a freezer in the kitchen and no wardrobes upstairs. Minor moans but might be important to some people. My clothes are very happy on the floor! The owners are a lovely Dutch couple who live on the other side if the hedge. The views are stunning and it is so Look quiet and peaceful you relax the minute you step in the door. I shall be back with my children and grandchildren.…

Stopped in Stone House for something to eat while driving around Ring of Kerry. Food was discussing, fish was cooked from frozen bought in supermarket, garlic mussels were rotten and uncooked, child's burger highly processed. drinks were flat served from 2 liter bottles. Would never come back.

Arrived very late into town so did not view the room before taking it. Room was adequate - just ! Devoid of any pleasantness. Pillows were as thin and hard as rocks. Bed and floor boards creaked. Floor one can understand. Creaked the bed all night due to attempted, uncomfortable sleep on pillow. Breakfast was a simple Irish fry up .......... but "no love in the room". B&B just down the street looked fantastic - for 5.00 euros more would have gladly paid it is they had a room.

We called in to the Stone house for a meal during our visit to Sneem, it wasn't our 1s't visit to this restaurant there was ten in our party and only one person serving but the service and the food was 1s't class, will be back next time we are in Sneem.
