Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My fiance and myself had just gotten engaged two weekends ago and called into the towers Hotel, Glenbeigh after a nice walk on the beech . One of the members of staff had overheard us on a Phone call telling family members we had gotten engaged earlier that morning. After we had finished our tasty soups the staff bought out a complimentary chocolate fudge dessert to our surprise and sang congratulations for us. Was a really nice touch and was greatly appreciated by the both of us. It is a great memory and made a special day been more memorable. We will definitely be back to stay in the future and if the place is any bit like it was when we visited three weekends ago we will not be disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks to the towers Hotel and their staff

Great value for money. Must commend the hotel & restaurant for its COVID safety measures which made the hotel feel very safe while still ensuring an enjoyable experience. Booking of breakfast and dinner advised to manage numbers, plenty of hand sanitiser and cleaning measures in place. Hallways aired regularly etc. We booked last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are very traditional, lovely view of the bay in the distance and personal seated area outside. Staff very welcoming and super friendly. Food was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely and SAFE stay.

The Towers Hotel played a blinder over the summer. The management and waiting staff made dining there enjoyable and comfortable under difficult circumstances. Food also was lovely, Well done to all concerned.

Spent a wonderful 3 nights with my two daughters in the gorgeous 6 person studio at this hotel. Absolute luxury - a beautiful room! I struggled to get the girls to leave it!!! I dealt primarily with Leta at reception throughout our stay and she was wonderful. We booked through Leta, then the day before we were due to travel there was a Red Weather Alert in my home county for a storm. I rang Leta explaining that I was a little anxious about making the trip the following day but she couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding. Thankfully we still managed to make the trip as planned. I can’t thank Leta enough for her hospitality, including the loan of a needle and thread to fix a wardrobe malfunction! We were very lucky to get the studio on a cancellation. It was immaculately

Sat outside in a covered area. Good covid-19 precautions. Enjoyed a burger with blue cheese and chips (photo shows without the top bun, and after I'd put mayonnaise). Everyone enjoyed their burgers Chips were a bit overdone. Those who had a seafood mix dish loved it.

My family and I, eight in total, four adults and four children, dined last evening. First a few positive: *The service was quick and the staff were friendly. *The surroundinga were old fashioned luxury and style. *The outside dining/drinking area looked very relaxed and inviting *The food, we just had main courses, was, on whole, very good. Two battered Cod, peas and chips went down very well. Two kids pizzas were very light, crispy and tasty and two half portions of the Roast of the Day (Beef) were well enjoyed. My husband had the steak which he said was "like butter" and was thoroughly enjoyed and I had the Seafood Selection Now for just a few negatives: *The table we were seated at was either very low or our chairs were very high. He made for a very uncomfortable
