Chris works very hard to keep the place nice and clean for everyone and it shows. He also goes above and beyond to meet the numerous guests big and small wishes (myself included) and still, to my amazement, manages to keep his sanity and even find joy in the work, bringing about a light and welcoming atmosphere. You basically pay for a hostel which is just two meals and tv in room short of a hotel (because you do get a chauffeur- and a library and great wifi, who needs tv anyway; kitchen has everything you'll need too). Don't take advantage of the fact though. I enjoyed my time at the hostel very much, met some cool people and made friends, and easily recommend the place.

Really good Hostel this! We had a great time here, Chris was very friendly, helpful and on call over and above the call of duty. The hostel is clean and well kept, in a good location and has everything you would expect from a bunkhouse /hostel. We would definitely stay here again! 😊

I found the hostel to be a lively, bustling spot. The kitchen and communal areas were extremely spacious and well equipped. Chris does his utmost to make everyone feel at home and welcome. The location is very central and there is bike hire just down the road.

Definitly a good place to stay. Clean rooms and it has the best laundry lady as well. The owner is very friendly and can tell you a lot about activities in the area. Thanks for the nice stay and all the best. We will come back
