Negotiated a rate prior to arrival of 120 € for the night, but was told the rate was 135 when we arrived. Had to pay in cash, no credit card service available. Handed over cash but we were told we gave one 50 and one 5 not two 50's. But we were confident we had given 2 fifty € notes. Ripped off twice!

Catherine was lovely to us.She enjoys chatting to her guests. We were cycling the ROK and she accommodated us by allowing us leave our car there for a day or two. Fine breakfast too. Clean and adequate rooms. Very happy with the place. Would definitly recommed this place.

We stay with Catherine recently. Triple room accommodation. Very clean. Ample space. Fine breakfast and all dietary requirements accommodated. Packed lunches provided if ordered the day before. Catherine was lovely and friendly. We felt the costs were reasonable and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back here. Thanks Catherine.

The B&B had a wonderful view, with a good breakfast, and decent rooms. Our visit in November was during the non-peak tourist season, and may be a reason for some negatives about our stay. Torine House had none of the charm and warmth we love about staying at a B&B. The host showed us to our room, handed us our keys and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I tried some friendly banter, but there wasn't much response. Breakfast was average, as was the location and facility. I just expected a much warmer experience based on other stays in Ireland. If your just looking for a place to sleep, go for it. If your looking for a B&B experience, shop elsewhere.

Tony you will be very happy with my review! Remember I made you wait. Great hospitality from Catherine and Tony. Clean and a beautiful garden nice walking distance from town. Tony gave us information on the Ring of Kerry and Dingle and up to the Cliffs of Moher. Tony is/was a teacher and so are we so lots of great conversations. Tony I hope you're happy!
