An excellent place to stay. Our hosts were helpful and kind, we can't rate them highly enough. They helped us fix a flat tyre which could have really ruined our day. The room was very comfortable and it had an excellent breakfast. Thank you!
Laune bridge house overlooks the bridge in a wonderful elevated position just off the main road in from Killarney. It is in a perfect position to walk into town and also to explore the Kerry area. Very welcoming host with lots of good advice about where to eat and about the area. Very good breakfast and good friendly service. Good sized bedroom with a wonderful view and a decent sized shower room en suite. The only minus point is the tiny hand basin in the en suite.
Stayed in this bed & breakfast from Thursday night until Monday morning. Very comfortable, breakfast was superb every morning, free tea/coffee available when ever you want it also orange/apple/Black current juice as well as water. Hostess Christina was the hostess with the mostest nothing was too much trouble for her. Truly wonderful stay would definetly recommend staying there to anyone. Really made to feel at home.
Since first discovering Laune Bridge House in 2013, we've been back and stayed here on a further 5 more occasions. Just recently for a 4 night stay. Tina never fails to deliver. We now feel like extended family. Many, many thanks again Tina.
Very easy to find, just by the bridge and statue of the goat.Large clean room, however no kettle in room, a small shared kitchen for tea and coffee. Not a great welcome, take payment give key that's that. Easy walk to town..
The bnb is really welcoming, the rooms very clean and the bathroom great (mostly thinking of the usual anglo-saxon standards!)! Fantastic view from our window, but I guess we've been lucky! The breakfast in the morning just delicious and truly abundant. The staff exeptionally kind and useful! The prices are extremely reasonable. I would not stay in any other place in the Kerry County!!!
Stayed at Laune Bridge House when we visited for the Ring of Kerry Charity cycle. Lovely ensuite twin room overlooking the River Laune. We had an early 5.30 start and a lovely breakfast tray (cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, juices, tea, coffee) was left in the dining room were we could see the first of the eager cyclist pass by. After a long day on the bike it was a relief to get back and use the top class power shower. Relaxed in the living/TV room and availed of the tea making facilities. More civilised start of 9.30 for breakfast the following day. A fine menu to select from but we went for the Full Irish which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
Tina was very helpful giving advise on the area. We stayed for two nights which made our life a lot easier. The staff is very willing to please and make you comfortable. The best thing for traveling with family is that Tina said we could do laundry ($10.00 per load wash and dry). It saved us a lot of time.
Large clean room overlooking the river. When we first arrived there we noticed that the shower wasn't working but it was fixed promptly when we mentioned it. The bed was squeaky but comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Great service, lovely food and offered breakfast until eleven. Broad variety from fruit and cereals to a full fry. We would most definitely go back.
It was a great stay at this Bed and Breakfast with a lovely view to the river and the town. Very tidy and comforting rooms with a lot of space and wooden floors The breakfast- area has windows all around again with view to the river. Wonderful stay to start the journey on the ring of Kerry the next morning
