Kingston's Bar & Townhouse offers a 13 en-suite bedroom stylist facility. We also have a traditional bar where Erwin Kingston is forth generation where the bar dates back to 1889. Our pizzas are amazing, in that we mature our dough over a four day process, all our cheese is handmade in a small farm about 40 minutes from us and we use the best San Marzano tomatoes. These are worth a try...

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed here for a business trip recently. The service was second to none. Owner helped me from the car with my bags. It was snowing the next morning and he cleared the snow off my car. Couldn’t ask for more. Room was spacious, v clean. Lovely Continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

Left Kingstons this morning (reluctantly) after a quick one night stay. This was our third time to stay with Erwin and Aoife and just like the last visits this was as enjoyable. It is such a relaxed place. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are spotlessly clean and so comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas and with the fires blazing and the place decorated for Christmas it was a real treat. Thanks as always Erwin for a wonderful stay. See you in 2023

Just spent a weekend at this fantastic place. Can't rate the place enough, beautiful rooms, bed is very hard to leave, great ambience in the bar, pizza like no other, whiskey sours highly recommended , a break from a heavy fry for breakfast but what makes the place most is the staff, friendly, chatty, but always professional and do all possible to make your stay a perfect experience. If you looking for a break, stress free and all on your doorstep this is the place to be. Special thanks to Tom in the bar for looking after us so well

Have stayed here twice, most recently in September and I would recommend it. Rooms are clean, it’s fairly reasonably priced, the pub has lovely Guinness and pizzas, and the breakfast (cheese/cold meats/muesli/croissant) is a welcome break from the greasy cooked fry! Staff are friendly and it was a perfect base to visit other parts of Kerry like Killarney and Rossbeigh. The restaurant across the road is probably one of the best in Ireland (Kingdom 1795) and it’s the reason we visited but the Townhouse was surprisingly good for a B&B and really is like a boutique hotel, would recommend

If you are visiting Kerry and planning on visiting Dingle, the Ring of Kerry or Killarney stay here at the Kingston in Killorglin. Owner Erwin Kingston personifies hospitality. Our rooms were both elegantly appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was ample and high quality. The Kingston Pub was a perfect spot to relax after a day of touring. Killorglin is quiet and charming and in an ideal location to visit the region. Across the street is what should be a Michelin recommended restaurant Kingdom with truly exceptional food at reasonable prices. The Kingston was also an excellent value. I travelled with four family members and we were all more than pleased.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Expertly decorated. Everything is perfect and brand new - what’s not to love about the place! Great staff & manager, very friendly and I enjoyed the bar as well, lovely pints of Guinness. A credit to the Irish Tourism Industry and the local area.

We stayed in Kingstons for 5 nights while attending a family wedding. I can’t emphasise enough the kindness, attentiveness and attention to detail from Erwin and his staff. They were wonderful, made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Erwin impressively remembered our names in all of our interactions. We all commented on what a lovely place Kingstons is to stay, from the super comfy rooms to the breakfast and the amazing pizzas. We definitely will go back and highly recommend Kingstons.
