Stayed here with the family as a hub for a visit of the Wild Atlantic Way, the is a very comfortable and clean hotel that takes the covid precautions very seriously, only open for residents, so it was very quiet and thus lacked a little atmosphere. We ate in the bar and found the food and service to be fantastic. Could find any faults at all, a lovely stay.
Stayed here for 1 night thankfully it was only 1 night Resteraunt was ok The rooms where shabby and had an old brown refrigerator that hummed all night long Really was disappointed in this place I thought with the raddison name it would be ok
A pleasant stay in this hotel. Clean comfortable and efficient. Next door to Shannon Airport. Close to Shannon Aviation Museum and Bunratty Caste and Folk Park. Only downside for me was lack of an electric car charger
Staff is really good, friendly and know how to treat people, overall experience at the restaurant was excellent, I had the curry chicken and it was very good, service was very good as well. Good thing is that quality of service never changes.
Stayed at this hotel overnight in March the coldest hotel I ever stayed at. Check in staff were lovely, went to room freezing cold phone disconnected had to return to reception then tv wouldn’t work in the end we went to Ennis it was warmer outside. Returned 3 hours later electric heater in room but still cold slept with our coats across bed. Never again. Location to airport excellent.
