Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived till we left it was first class service. We stayed in one of the suites which was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Food was excellent dinner and breakfast.Everyone in our group had nothing but compliments. We felt very safe as very strict covid guidelines were in place. A big thank you to Jenny, Nicole, Brian and Mikey who made our stay so great. Looking forward to our next stay.

Visited the Shannon Springs and am bowled over by the design, ambiance and new look! The hotel rooms are v dynamic, and food in bar delicious and plentiful. Full social distancing etc as plenty of space, so you feel very safe while at the hotel. Gorgeous spaces just off of reception for sitting, meetings, coffee with friends etc too, quirky decor for cool pix of you enjoy IG etc. Really recommend a trip here when people can travel again. As always, staff are fantastic, keep up the great work!

Not only are the room's food and drink top notch but the staff are beyond belief. Recently myself and two of my friends had to leave Canada due to some personal reasons. Without questions John Gavin (MD) put us up in the hotel and took care of all our needs. During these troubling times and wording about isolation John and his staff accommodated us to the highest order. To be kind and helpful goes a long way these days and the Shannon springs hotel took great great care of us. When you stay in the hotel you may as well be staying in your family home. I will forever be grateful. Shannon springs has become a pillar of the Shannon community thanks to the work of John Gavin and Dermot Kelly and will be for many years to come!

3 of us availed of their meal delivery service and it was super. I opted for Roast of the day, which was Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Vegetables and gravy, super. My Wife and Daughter opted for starters (Chicken wings) and Breast of Chicken, accompanied with Vegetables and sauce. We were unanimous in agreeing that not only was the food delicious, but the delivery service is excellent. Many thanks Shannon Springs for being innovative during this insidious pandemic and for providing us with an epicurean meal.
