This was the perfect place to stay our last night in Ireland. 5 minutes to the airport. Very convenient. We also went downstairs to the bar and it was filled with fun and kind locals! A band went on at 10 and it was one of the best nights we had in Ireland. It certainly help because we were so sad to leave!

I loved your decor . I noticed the mix of old and new you had everywhere. I'm also a ' plate ' person and had spent a month dismantling the plates etc from the walls of my cottage which I had just sold in West Clare. My husband noticed that you were still following directions re. masks and he liked that. As we don't know when or where we picked up Covid we hope that we didn't pass it on to any of your staff. We plan on staying at Shannon Springs on our return to Ireland - anytime we pass through. We are currently looking for a townhouse in Kilrush. You are a Gem !

It's a lovely hotel to stay in. We stayed the day before our flight from Shannon Airport. We stayed with our 2 young kids. The hotel staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent and the warm breakfast was very tasty.

we needed to drop off our rental car and this hotel came up as a place close to the drop off area. Reviews were really good, so we booked it. The hotel is very clean and the accommodations were very comfortable and quiet. We paid for breakfast which was hot and tasty. will definitely consider this hotel again.

Stayed here recently with the Mediterranean Plants and Gardens group. I'm coeliac and lactose intolerant and restaurant, after an initial little stumble the first night, completely excelled themselves going above and beyond to accommodate the problem. A1 plus, plus, plus. Room clean Staff at desk super friendly. What was not to like? Five stars, should be ten.

My Wife and I had a light lunch - today 01/06/2022 and it was truly delicious. My Wife opted for a starter portion of Chicken wings with a barbecue sauce and I opted for a Toasted Ham, cheese, onion and tomato on brown bread. Both were absolutely scrumptious and we were greeted by Joan and Staff, who were all so nice, welcoming, friendly and tremendously efficient. Business was booming, which is a great indication of the success of the premises. Mile Buíochas Joan agus Foireann Óstán Shannon Springs.

I highly recommend this hotel. I am a travel agent and had never booked this property before and was a little worried as I am picky about hotels I stay in. It was fabulous. Very clean and nice hotel with a great restaurant and pub/bar. Nice area as well. Wished it was a little closer to airport but staff arranged taxi's for us and made it so easy on us. Staff is very accommodating. Definitely would recommend to my clients.

I visit this hotel whenever I need to do business here in Ireland, since my last visit the hotel has had a makeover, looks lovely from the outside, reception inside has totally been transformed The rooms have nice furniture, beds are comfy but I found the pillows a bit hard, but there were plenty of them . The food is nice the service is good I stay here due to location, all my requests were fulfilled, I kept reception up to date via email as my flight was cancelled. I stayed here for 1 week I would come here again - thank you
