Lovely place with great staff. It has a very cozy bar / pub with fire and TV's. Food is generally good and decor is interesting. Rooms are getting a bit tired and could definitely do with an update but they are very good for the price you pay. I've stayed here before but this time I noticed in all the...

Great stay with very helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast where lovely. Couldn't recommend this place more. I love the old fashioned look to the place, gets you away from the modernism of life. Great stay!

Those stays inspired me to give this review so late. And I'm sorry now I didn't do sooner. Because this hotel is...

The Oak Wood Arms was a bit of a surprise for a hotel on the highway so close to a major airport. The decor is all wood and stained glass, with an aeronautical theme. The bar is huge. The room was reasonably comfortable. We had a few pints and went to bed, as we had an early morning flight back...
