'Go the extra mile, we do' is not a catchy slogan that the Clifden station house uses, it is actually their ethos. From checkin to checkout, the staff in this establishment really do take customer service to a different level. We booked a 'living social' deal for two nights at the beginning of January and for the price paid, we...

Stayed here for two nights before Christmas and though there was a function on the Saturday we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful about where we could eat - across the way!! Food was delicious and a great selection was available. Breakfast offered a great selection and the staff were especially helpful on our last morning facilitating late...

Stayed here for two nights. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly receptionist who immediately made us feel welcome. We arrived just minutes after 9 when the restaurant was closing. She called the restaurant manager Patrick who immediately went to the chef and arranged for us to have a late sitting. My partner is vegetarian and the chef...

The apartments were really family friendly and spotlessly clean and were ideally located in Clifden. While staying here you could use the pool and gym belonging to the hotel and we found them to be dirty and way overcrowded. The gym is tiny and a lot of the equipment needs updating.

Stayed at Clifden Station House hotel for 2 nights with my family last week. Staff were brilliant, large clean family room and very nice breakfast. Couldn't fault anything. Would recommend - next time will stay for longer. Getting to Clifden from Galway took longer than expected!

My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing, biggest choice of food I've ever seen in a hotel and everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and most helpful. There is a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, ping-pong table to keep the family entertained even if the weather isn't too good outside....

9 of us stayed as a 2BB1D deal, and from check-in to check-out, the service was top class. The rooms were warm & comfortable, as were the beds and the Crunchie bar on the pillow gave us the real 'Thank Crunchie, it's Friday' feeling. We had dinner in the hotel on the Friday night where we chose from an extensive...

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel (B&B), bought voucher in Escapes.ie. Good value of money, as children under 12 years stay free and breakfast was included as well. Full access to the Leisure centre, bottle of wine and chocolates in the room, 20 euro dining credit and Full Irish breakfast in both mornings. Check-in was quick, receptionist was...
