We stayed one night here and took a suite overlooking the lake. Stunning views. Had lunch on tables in the carpark... hmmm a bit odd. However the food was excellent - I love crab and have to say the crabmeat and smoked salmon salad was the very best I've ever tasted. Dinner was in a lovely room overlooking the bay and the food was superlative. Really enjoyed our stay. This Hotel is very near to 5 star boutique. My only quibble was the tables in the carpark and also the fact that the carpark in front of the hotel really damages what would otherwise be a perfect view. I'm not sure if they have room at the rear or if they need all the spaces and could move everything to the right and somehow camouflage with bamboo or suchlike... Regardless we had a lovely time and would certainly consider staying here again.

We thought that while the food was excellent it was overpriced. Also the casual lounge menu was very limited, as if they were encouraging guests to eat in the dining room rather than the lounge. However it is a lovely hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. The owners while professional were not overly approachable. However we had a very nice experience in the hotel and would recommend it.
