Our room was neat and clean and the bathroom was minuscule but adequate. Tea was made available for us in the breakfast room, since there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Our hostess, Bridie, was a lovely lady who has help to prepare the breakfast in the mornings. The B&B is in the centre of the...

The cleanliness of the place is amazing. Pat and his wife are great and try very hard to please the guest. The breakfast is excellent. If you have a car, the location is very good, very close to Kilkenny.

You get what you pay for I suppose but this seemed to fall well short of the mark. It was exceptionally warm (30c) and the whole thing seemed claustrophobic especially the ensuite which would have fitted in about one and a half telephone kiosks.

This is a very very dated b&b and the bathroom is really just a cupboard into which a shower and toilet has been added. did not feel homely and have previously stayed in Adare B&B's which do offer the homely feel. No wifi, small breakfast so overall for the price did not feel it was good value

This B&B was average at best. We arrived to Adare around 6pm. The traffic was very busy on the main street and we grew a little worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place. We were using a B&B book to find places to stay. The first one we stopped at was rated very high in the book....

The B&B is in the town but is at minimum a 5 minute walk or longer if a woman in awkward shoes staying here to go to a wedding in the Dunraven Arms. This was the reason we were here as we couldn't justify splashing the cash in the hotel and thought it was "adjacent". HJowever this was not the...

Had a lovely evening at Church View. The hostess was extremely helpful and gracious . . . has a tea room set up for arrival . . . a nice touch. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and the location is about 5 minutes from the city center.

I was on the way down to Killarney for the Irish Open Golf and our ferry was late into Dublin. We were running late and arrived into Adare at 2300hours. I would love to have written a positive review about Church View but it does not take travellers after 2300hours, and as a mature, responsible and sober family we were...

Staying here brought me back in time to the homey feeling of grandma's house. The rooms are decorated with floral duvets and curtains. Mrs. Riordan is a great hostess. Breakfast was very good.

We were going to a wedding in the Adare Manor, but could not afford to stay there so settled on a cheap B+B in the village. The owners must be in their 80's, although there were other people who made the breakfast in the morning. The decor was chintzy, with a lot of lacy trims, and floral wallpaper etc, you...
