Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed in this beautiful b&b for 2 nights over the weekend. The welcome we received was beyond friendly. The host could not have been more accommodating, advising us where was the best places to eat and visit while there. Putting us on the right path for some of the most beautiful places to visit. The accommodation itself was very luxurious and homely. Snuggled away in a very private setting, with superb landscaping. Really didn't want to go home after our fabulous stay there.

Wonderful place to stay! Decorated with class and friendly and gracious hosts. Denise was super sweet and friendly and made you feel comfortable in their home. After a long day we enjoyed coffee (prepared for us), in front of a warm fire on a very comfy couch. Room was private and quiet with a spacious bathroom. Breatkfast was great and had a wonderful conversation with Stephen in the morning. Would most defintely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Maybe we were unlucky but we stayed in June and got the room we had requested (from photos), comfie bed but overlooking a yard with a big trampoline. House is beautifully designed for the family themselves as a stunning home but we didn't feel there was any attention to detail for guests? Thin old towels, shower broken (loose from the fittings without warning us to watch out for it) and the breakfast was so disappointing for what is consider above average b and b pricing at 90 euro for two adults - a few old mandarins in a bowl, no chopped fruit, no yoghurts or nuts and terribly cooked eggs. We laughed off the eggs to avoid awkwardness with the pleasant owner (husband) but it was annoying to not enjoy breakfast overall. Have stayed this summer in places from 70 to 90 euro and none had such a breakfast.

Recently stayed at this lovely B&B as I was attending a wedding at the nearby Kilronan Castle. Denise was friendly and welcoming, and the lodge was fabulous. Thoroughly recommended and great value for money.

Lovely place. Owners made you feel at home. Traditional Irish breakfast was awesome. Clean and comfy. Helped with information on checking ancestry. Very picturesque. Short, relaxing walk to town of Leitrim and went to two really good restaurants.
