I recently stayed in these apartments and was charged for damage we did not commit. The card was changed 60-90 seconds after checking out of the hotel which tells me they would not of had time to even check the room. When I tried to ring and discuss this the manager was unable to answer questions and eventually hung up and refused to take my calls. Upon arrival we had to clean the glasses in our room as they were Filthy, we cleaned the glasses again at check out but yet we were charged for damages we did not commit. Would not recommend!!

The apartments are very large and clean. I was in Carrick for a business meeting, but I had several video calls to take, and the internet connection was perfect. The staff is also very friendly. Overall, it's absolutely great value for what you pay for. Highly recommended. Paolo

We stayed here over midterm and were really impressed with the space we had. There were 5 of us. The apartment was clean and they even provided us with tea, coffee and milk. There's a little balcony off the kitchen dining room. The Plaza Suits are ideally located with plenty of restaurants, pubs and historical sites within walking distance. A 5 mins drive will bring you to the shopping centre, Aura swimming pool, Go Karting and Jump zone so great fun for kids. We had a great time there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Underground free parking and free wifi. Would highly recommend staying there.

We have stayed here twice in the last month and really enjoyed our stay on both occasions. We did notice the rooms can be quiet warm. The accommodation is good for the very reasonable price. Just be aware that there is a nightclub across the street so it could be noisy during the weekend. The staff are there 24hrs a day and are very helpful. The rooms are not cleaned daily but towels etc are changed. The location is excellent being right in the middle of any amenities you may need. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room and just a few minutes walk to any cafes/restaurants for meals.

I would never go back even if someone paid me!! The whole apartment had an awful damp smell, radiators are leaking and as a result the paint is peeling off the wall in the bathroom, BLOOD ON TOWELS!!!, barely any cutlery was clean, all the walls had paint peeling off and were scratched, looked like it’s been about 30 years since they’ve seen a paintbrush!! Also were told that “cleaners” come in at 11 to clean the room and restock the toiletries... DEFINITELY not true... also, the toilet in the main bedroom isn’t even working and the other one barely works, it doesn’t flush properly. Horrible overall, will never be coming back again

Excellent accommodation - clean, warm, spacious room in this centrally located property. Lady at reception was lovely. Very reasonably priced room that could easily sleep 4. No hesitation in recommending this property.
