Great guest house to stay. Really friendly, helpful hosts from start to finish. Excellent location for Kinsale, which has plenty of places to eat. Great breakfast supplied each day from Valerie & Brian. When in Kinsale next...will ensure we stay here again...first class!

We spent 2 nights at Woodlands House, during our 10 days in Ireland. When planning the trip, I corresponded with Valerie via email multiple times and she was extremely helpful, providing detailed directions and other advice given that we were coming to Kinsale on a Bank Holiday weekend. The B&B is situated a bit outside of the town, but this...

We stayed one night in May. Unlike many reviewers, we had no trouble finding the location. Valerie couldn't have been any more accommodating. She suggested a few places for Dinner and the one that we picked was wonderful. Our room was large and had a few of the water. We felt that we were staying at a relatives home. The...

I was here for just one evening as I had to attend a wedding in Ballinacurra. It's a lovely B&B, the closest to Ballinacurra House and very quiet. The rooms are clean, comfortable and airy. You get Wi-FI, toiletries, kettle/teas and all you need for your stay. The breakfast is yummy, they have a menu to choose from and the...

The room was excellent, the breakfast was great. Overall the experience was good. We got a little lost finding the B&B based on the directions that the Ireland Tourist office gave, but with the GPS we were able to find it. It is located just a short walk from town (although it is downhill, which means that it was uphill...

My husband and I stayed at Woodland's House for one night along our trip. The property was a little difficult to find. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the harbor. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the décor of the house was tasteful and elegant. Our host and hostess seemed nice enough but not...

I stayed in Woodlands May 2016 for one night. The house / room was perfect, really spacious and clean and décor tastefully done. Unfortunately the owners weren't so nice. I checked out at 11.30 which was 30 mins later than the house rules. I apologised to the male owner and explained that the wedding I was at the night before...

Only stayed for one night here, though was very impressed with how nicely the room was presented. The whole house was spotless and great pride had been taken. Hosts were very nice and offered helpful advice for surrounding areas. Breakfast was quite nice. All in all a very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend.

My mom, sister, nephew and I stayed in two rooms on the second floor of Woodlands B&B. Both rooms had a view of the harbor, which was lovely. We enjoyed our two night stay in this lovely home. It was clean and well maintained, our hosts were friendly and welcoming, (Although we didn't get to talk with them much. the...

Four of us were traveling. Valerie and Brian made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast menu was fantastic. We had hot breakfasts every day. It was just a short walk into town. Kitty Osheas was our favorite pub! We had fantastic views from our room. Valerie also put out fresh flowers when we arrived. It was by far our most...
