I booked rooms for a group of 10 & all of us were very happy. Perfect location & within easy walking distance to all the venues etc. The rooms were spotless & large. The staff were excellent, as was breakfast! & a big thank you for the offer of Tea & Coffee even though breakfast was finished. The offer of...

Returning to Friar's Lodge is like coming home. My wife and I have been to Kinsale several times (to the Jazz Festival and, last week, to the Arts Festival) and always stay with Maureen. She makes us feel like close family, as do all her friendly staff. The Lodge is tantalisingly close to the centre of everything in Kinsale, yet...

We stayed here with my family of 4 and the room was huge. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean. Had a good, quiet nights sleep. The hot water ran very cold in my shower, after 2 of us showered, but the hotel discounted my charge bc of this. The hot breakfast was good, but the buffet options were...

I stayed here in early July as part of a group of ten girls on a hen weekend. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and even though we were central it was very quiet so perfect if you want a relaxing stay. The guest...
