Quiet and cozy place in beautiful Kinsale. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Great breakfast. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Minutes from the heart of Kinsale but gives you the feel of living in a quiet residential area.

Lovely place to stay after a long drive from Dublin. We stayed 2 nights and Margaret Kelly was the fine host who greeted us on arrival. A very homely atmosphere fitting for the town with all its history.

Stayed here on our visit to Kinsale. Convenient, quiet location to pubs and restaurants (walking distance). Wonderful breakfast and coffee but room was small and there was a slight smell of mildew. Host was friendly.

We were welcomed by the owner on arrival. I had booked a twin room as it was all that was available at the time, on arrival Margaret offered us a double room as it was available. She then showed us around the house and where everything is. We then settled into the room. The room was very clean and comfortable....

We were just a 5 minute walk from Kinsale. Martha makes a wonderful breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Most rooms have private baths, but our room did not have a private bath. We used the bath across the hall that was reserved just for us. No problems. Charming little home

Thanks for feeling welcome. Everything was good. The rooms were clean, Air was fresh and breakfast was tasty. The only thing which could be better is the shower's water pressure. Thanks for your tips regarding Kinsale, Kilkenny and the rest of our trip!

This B&B was not easy to reach. Our bedroom was tiny and cold since the central heating was switched off . We were welcomed by a young boy who read a paper to not forget anything but did not say how to switch on the heating. We met the owner for the first time during the breakfast the day after...

We stayed here for one night with another couple. Our hostess, Margaret, was warm and friendly. We arrived early, and she was very hospitable. She provided tea upon arrival. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The location is good for walking into town. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to Margaret for a lovely stay!

There were 4 of us (2 couples) that stayed here for 2 nights during our first trip to Ireland. This B&B is within a short, 2-5 minute walk, to many of the pubs and restaurants in Kinsale. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is a bit tight if there are more than a few guests staying...
