We stayed one night at this B & B. We where greeted by the owner Myrtle who made us feel very welcome. Lovely selection of cereals at breakfast followed by a cooked Irish breakfast. Room was a bit dated but very clean and had beautiful views of the sea from the dinning room.

My daughter and I stayed with Myrtle & John for one night and wished it could have been more. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was abundant and very well prepared. Our bed was comfortable with a bed for each of us. The bathroom was, though not huge, very clean and adequate to our needs. The public rooms we had access to...

A lovely welcome to a lovely house and what a garden! We were shown to the corner garden room, what luxury what a view to awake to each day. This B+B delivers what it offers on its web site and then some. Kinsale is a delight and a must return again place. Breakfast was great with large portions and well...

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights and we rested quite well and were very comfortable there. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating---they had lots of info to share w/us which helped us plan our day in and around Kinsale. Great breakfast! Thanks for the lovely time spent in your home Myrtle!

This was a nice B & B. Our view of the ocean was only when you stood to look through the window. If the weather would have been nicer you could sit outside and have a fairly nice view. The rooms are small and the towels felt like sandpaper but the host was very nice and helbful. As with most...

We stayed one night at Walyunga in July and had an excellent time. Myrtle treated us like family. The room was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We had everything for breakfast we wanted and then some. Try the porridge, it is excellent! Walyunga is located down a one-lane road but that is part of the experience. What a host...

Kinsale is a fabulous place to visit in Ireland -- and walyunga is THE place to stay. We stayed there in September 2012 and LOVED IT. The house is a few miles outside of town on a plateau that overlooks fields and hedgerows, with a great view of the ocean. The room was large, impeccably adorned, clean and bright --...

We spent two nights in Myrtle and John's front bedroom which has the most beautiful view across Myrtle's colorful and well tended garden to the fields below and eventually the ocean. They are very genuine and truly lovely people and they made us feel very welcome in their home. I wished we had longer to talk to them. Breakfast was...

We stayed with Myrtle and John at Walyunga on the first night of our honeymoon. The serene location up on a bluff overlooking the waters below was a welcoming sight after a frustrating airplane journey to Ireland. Myrtle extended warm welcome and showed us to our room with two large windows overlooking their manicured garden and the sea below. After...
