Aidan couldn’t have been more helpful when we reached the B and B. We were really happy with the service we received. We have given an average rating though because of the price we were charged. We took a family room, 2 adults, 2 children over 10. The rates weren’t on the website so we emailed to check the price and availability and were quoted €120 per night. When we got to the accommodation there was a price list in reception that gave a rate of €100 a night for a family room for 2 adults and 2 children over 10. Aidan insisted on charging us the €120 a night because that is what he quoted. There was no explanation as to why he quoted 20% more than the current room rate....

I booked this a month before telling the owner we would be coming early as we were going you the midleton distillery for 11am. Sure enough he rang me around 9.30am to check where we were and that our room would be ready when we arrived. That was a lovely touch. The room was very nice, large and clean, beds comfortable. The owner had our breakfast ready when we went downstairs inn the morning and the service and food were great. Overall a very pleasant stay, definitely recommended if you're staying in midleton as it's a short walk to the main street and distillery. Top marks, thank you
