This is a nice hotel, nice bar, good breakfast, nice rooms, great staff, excellent gym. However there is a smell in the gym toilets, a smell of old man's cold, diseased urine. They have tried to mark it with some kind of cheap air freshener, but still it remains, haunting the toilet like the ghost of an alcoholic. Not a...

I recently stayed here on business and it was great. The room was huge (19) and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful from my first day to my last. I had dinner in the bar the first night and it was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was just as good and the service never disappointed. Well recommended!

Stayed here in sept for 2nights. Its a nice hotel, the only bad thing i could say really is the room we had was fairly small, it had 2 beds,a double and a single, it was def too small for the 2beds it would of been nice with just the double in there. Other than that everything was ok. Staff...

We booked a cheap & cheerful 3nt family break over the Halloween break @ 3* Hibernian Hotel based on it being a great price and having a pool for the children. Going with no expectations and being prepared for bog standard, we were so delighted to have a fantastically spacious and immaculate family room. Lovely, friendly staff throughout, especially a...

I spent a night at the hotel in August with my sister. We were having a quiet night away without our kids. When we checked in we realised we were given a room overlooking the nightclub. My sister phoned reception to complain but we were told not to worry the nightclub wasn't going to be on that night. We got...

decent rooms, good facilities, lovely food, staff are great and the bar is very relaxing. if you're lucky you'll catch a traditional band playing too. There is a tesco behind the shops opposite, so really handy if you've forgotten something. local shops look good too.

Ate supper here and watched the World Rugby Championships - England vs Australia. The Aussies beat England and the Irish was quite happy about the outcome. Nice pub/bar here. Meet some locals here and they were saying how nice the weather was now compared to the summer.

Had a very pleasant one night stay at the Hibernian in a spotless room which was quiet and a very good size. The meals in the restaurant were of an excellent quality and the overall level of service fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and will make a return visit when next in Ireland.

Stopped in Mallow on our way to Blarney for some breakfast (before 9 am options seemed to be limited in this town). There is a separate dining area for the public from the hotel guests, and the staff are very friendly. Somewhat disappointed in the food provided for the price paid, but it wasn't a terrible experience.

This hotel is bang in the centre of mallow with parking to the rear in the municipal car park which you are given a free parking ticket for overnight by the hotel. The room I had this time was a little tired and could have done with refurbishment, it was not very clean and a little noisy with 8 x...
