The Inn is very easy to find, and the people there are very friendly. They got a local beer (9 White Deer), which is very good - try the "Black Lightning"!! They got very good meals and a very nice breakfast in a lovely room. The rooms are in a vintage style.

We dropped in here on the way back from Killarney to Cork, and had sandwiches and soup for lunch. We enjoyed the food, and the portions are generous. The decor is lovely with a welcoming open fire. The staff were lovely, and were very attentive even though they were extremely busy. Would visit again!

I highly recommend the Mills Inn as a base out of which you can easily explore the beautiful Cork and Kerry countryside. It is situated on the main Cork to Killarney road. Easy to find and plenty of off the road parking. We were given a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There...

This place never fails. FACT! Had a lovely cream of broccoli and cauliflower soup with gorgeous moist, gently ginger/cinnamon spiced, seedy brown bread and a generous side salad of coleslaw, tomatoes and mixed leaves. My boyfriend got a mouth watering white crusty bread toastie ... Service was swift and the staff were very attentive. Like I said this place never...

I've eaten at the Mills Inn but is the first time I've stayed this weekend just gone. After a horribly delayed flight which meant that we didn't arrive until 3am, Don was there as welcoming as ever with typical Irish hospitality of the bar is always open. The rooms are really great, very comfortable, warm, cleand and decorated to a...

We were staying at the B&B across the street and the owner suggested we eat at The Mill Inn. She said the food was "lovely". My husband said he didn't think he had ever had "lovely" food but we were hungry after driving all day and decided to try it. It was indeed lovely and very very good. The place...

I cannot say enough about our two nights at this wonderful spot. The owners and staff are accommodating in every way. After checking in, we thought we'd left my suitcase at our previous hotel and they patiently helped my husband try to retrace his steps. They offered to do laundry for me if it wasn't found, but he had left...
