Roger and Winnapa are gracious hosts who gave great local advice of where to eat, places to see, public transport ( bus stop 2 min down the road) all with a very warm welcome. We have a twin room with ensuite and a view to the bay which is cleaned daily, breakfast was served with a smile and chat. I would happily stay here again.

Travelled to Malahide in September to watch England play Ireland in the cricket. Biscayne House is in a great quiet location over looking the bay. It's about 15 minutes to walk into Malahide town, but there's a bus stop directly outside which also goes to the airport. The twin room we had was clean and tidy. Roger and Wannipa are great hosts. Roger took the time to answer all our questions, and Wannipa cooked an excellent breakfast.

Very cosy B&B. Nice view to the sea and our room was with big balkony. The irish breakfast was great and owners Roger and Wannipa are very welkoming. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get the Dublin center and 15 minutes to the airport.

We stayed in this B&B for 2 nights in March, and definitely won't be back. The price was good, but I'd rather have paid more and stayed somewhere better.
The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable - no problems there. However, the cracks started showing at breakfast the next day. The 'full Irish' breakfast was dreadful. Cheap sausages and bacon, which none of us could finish. When we went upstairs after breakfast to have our showers, we found that they wouldn't work , only to be told by the owner that they turn off the pump for the showers at 10am! (Check out is not until 11am...) Anyway, that was rectified easily enough, but the next morning, the guest in the neighbouring room was up for a shower at 7am, and we could hear everything, including the tremendous racket made by the shower pump. It sounded as though we were in the shower with him! Paper-thin walls between our bed and his bathroom... In fact the whole house carries noise very easily, so don't expect a peaceful lie-in!
The location was okay - the B&B is a brisk 10-15 minute walk along the coast road to the village of Malahide, which was handy enough I suppose.

We enjoyed our room with a view of the bay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The Irish Breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were very helpful. We utilized the buses and train to easily get to Dublin in 20 minutes. I would recommend Biscayne Bay B&B to anyone who wants to experience Dublin while enjoying the quietness of a small town (Malahide).

Biscayne House is ideally suited for a first or last stop as it is close to the airport with easy public transport links. The House is beautifully clean and well kept and the breakfast was a lovely treat with pretty crockery and plenty of delicious food. We were made to feel very welcome and well looked after and I would definitely recommend this B&B to everyone.

Stayed here only for a night, as we landed in Dublin rather late and had to drive to central Ireland the following morning. On arrival, Roger was there to meet us and showed us to our rooms. Rooms were tidy and SUPER clean! Perfect lodging for a couple of nights. Breakfast was in a nice cosy room and was great. Immediate area of the guesthouse (Malahide) is a lovely little area with great pubs and restaurants. Once again, I would like to highlight just how immaculately clean the rooms were! Would happily recommend and stay there myself again!

We stayed for 2 nights in August. We were very impressed, both Roger and Wannipa made us feel very welcome and at home.

Our room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We had a full cooked breakfast which was absolutely delicious, we also had toast and cereal, coffee/tea and orange juice. We could not fault anything.

We were given a front door key so we could come and go as we pleased, and Wannipa was very helpful when we enquired about which bus to take into the city centre.

I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone, book it - you won't be disappointed!

Altho the Biscayne House was lovely and clean , it was a bit more of a walk than we anticipated to the center of town and the Malahide Castle. It was also pouring rain which did make that seem worse, I'm sure.
