Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Last minute booking as my flight was delayed and I needed a place close to the airport as I had an early flight. The host was just so incredibly accommodating and kind. The room was newly redone and the bed was so comfy. Great hot water but it must just be an Ireland thing with the very low water pressure. Other than that highly recommended.

I stayed at Jim and Maura's B&B on the tail end of my vacation in Ireland, and I am delighted to say that my stay here was a true highlight. The hosts are genuine and kind folks, and were exceptionally accommodating. I stayed in a lovely room, with an incredibly comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. This location was just a short walk away from Malahide Castle and Gardens, and the downtown district, where there are lots of cute cafes and restaurants. I felt incredibly safe and cared for while staying here, and it's all because of Jim and Maura's thoughtfulness. I'm so thankful I found such a gem!

We stayed her for one night. Jim and Maura couldn't do enough for us and we felt very "at home". The bedroom was very comfortable and fine for the one night. Any longer and it may have felt a bit claustrophobic, but perhaps a longer stay would have meant staying in another room. The breakfast was great with a lot of selection. Just a short drive from Malahide, so convenient, and also 10 minutes from Dublin airport.

On our trip to Ireland we chose to stay in B & B's but without reservations to see where the journey took us. The evening we found Heatherview we were becoming frustrated in finding a place to stay, as we hadn't had any troubles finding a place the rest of the trip. We happened upon Heatherview in the cute village of Malahide. Jim and Maura were lovely hosts. The home is inviting and neat. The bedding is a little heavy. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very welcoming. An important thing to note is that they do require cash payment.

We were a group of 7 divided into three rooms for our one night stay at Heatherview. Our hosts, Jim and Maura, were lovely and helpful and the rooms were beautifully decorated and maintained. The two doubles provided plenty of room and while the bathroom was small it was well laid out and maintained and much bigger than many of the places we had stayed. The family room with one double bed and two singles was also lovely and three of our group stayed in that room. Breakfast options in the morning were good and filled us up for our full day of travel. We would definitely stay here again.

this was an impossible place to find. It seems to have been listed as different names at different times with different places. The room was clean but very small as was the bathroom. There are lots of rules so mind your ps and qs. There was no shampoo etc so bring all your own. There is no ice either although all our other B&Bs provided ice we were told here that nobody ever has ice. The main saving grace was it was clean and it was very close to the car return at the airport. We found it was more expensive than it warranted.

Did spend one Night here and felt very welcome despite our late arrival due to flight delay. Clean and tidy room, hearty breakfast and a good chat with maura rounded up our stay! Conveniently close to the airport without being too noisey

We stayed in Heatherview for a concert in Malahide castle. Jim and Maura were very welcoming and hospitality. Very spacious, pristine rooms. Excellent breakfast in the morning, with plenty of everyting one needs. Plenty of parking space also. The castle is within walking distance as well. Will stay again.

My mom and I stayed at Heatherview on the bookends of our trip to Ireland. We were referred by a friend who visited there 15 years ago. Thanks to Jim and Maura for your warmest hospitality, it is something we will never forget. The Irish breakfast served on their finest China was well appointed, tasted delicious and had many personal touches with each helping. Thanks for introducing me to the Irish Chef sauce. Our rooms were well appointed and the beds are very comfortable with en-suites in each and every bedroom. You will be hard pressed not to enjoy a great nights sleep here, great respite after a long flight and perfect location to visit Malahide as well as a quick jaunt on the bus into downtown Dublin. Plenty of parking is also available. Many thanks to Jim and Maura for making a once in a lifetime trip so special for my mother and myself!
