We were very impressed by Great Keppel and the stay we had recently. Alvis was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble including the use of a phone charger. She was a font of all useful local information as well. The room was at the back of the house and was very quiet with a splendid view over the...

We spent one night 2 adults and a child , the truth were surprised by the friendliness of its Owned , and quality / price. A dream room , great views, and everything near the airport. Perfect way to start or end your way around Ireland. Recommended 100 %.

Alvis (mainly) and Ray run a friendly, comfortable and well located b & b. We had a comfortable twin room with a great view over the golf links across to Howth. There is parking if you are driving and two convenient bus routes (32 & 102) if you are not. Breakfasts are large and tasty and Alvis will cater for...

A warm welcome and a hearty breakfast made the trip most enjoyable. Alvis was extremely helpful and enlightening and even dropped me off at the golf course. It was a pity she was unable to caddy for me!

My sister, my nephew and myself stayed at this B&B at the end of July. My sister and nephew were going to a concert in Croke Park and I was going to a wedding in nearby Malahide. Alvis was so welcoming and accommodating and even went to get keys cut for us so that we would have one each as...

This is the first time my wife and I have stayed in a B&B. I noticed the B&B the last time we stayed in the area then found them on the internet to have a look. The owners Alvis and her husband Ray could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. They were full of useful advice which made...

We stayed here in July and absolutely loved it! Alvis and Ray were very welcoming and accommodating, even though we arrived late at night. We stayed three nights and the traditional Irish breakfast was delicious and plentiful every day. We had both tea and coffee drinkers, and we wanted rashers and sausage, and Alvis kept everyone happy and fed! Our...

Four of us stayed at The Great Keppel B and B in June. We were graciously received by Alvis and Ray with breakfast and tea. We had a brilliant time whilst we were there, travelled to Dublin on the bus which stopped outside the B and B. The busses come about every hour and the same from Dublin. Our rooms...

Stayed over the weekend, at the Great Keppel, whilst attending a celebratory party in Portmarnock. Ray was on his own, as Alvis was away but he did a fabulous job and maintained the standards of hospitality that people in previous posts have praised so highly. He was very helpful with advice, information and directions, even to the point of dropping...
