This hotel is very clean with very friendly and helpful staff. There is an adjoining bar and shop and it is situated close to all amenities. Breakfast is included and has lots of choice from cereal, fruit and full fry. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the rooms which are quite spacious. Fresh towels daily which we thought was... We booked into the Bank House for a nights stay, the check in couldn't have been easier and the carpark is just around the back, didn't know what to expect from the reviews some people have put up on here but we were very surprised!! Everything exclent great breakfast freindly staff cosy bar excellent heat not afraid to switch heating on like most other places stayed for two nights not one thing to complain about will definitely be back

A very warm welcome from all the staff,the addition of a bar just made it for us. Food lovely home from home had a great weekend Bank House is conveniently situated on the main street and is also great for families they have a quiet corner in the bar with t.v and games. The rooms are very clean and comfortable

Great place to stay, On the main Street and close to everything. We cannot fault this small hotel/B&B on any level. Exceptional place to stay in the staff make you feel very welcome a small but quaint very comfortable the room is basic but it's all you need your breakfast is very good and freshly done can't fault it at all 5 stars but if I could I would give it more ********

Had a lovely few days here very friendly and food lovely and the bar is nice and cosy will be back For sure. Very central to everything all within walking distance didn't have to use the car at all thank you

Good central location and staff were friendly and helpful. Building does need refurbished and not too keen on self service at breakfast. Could have had shower gel available. Space is a bit cramped Dont know if there was a lounge area available although I did see a small bar
